Withholding Tax Certificate in Pakistan: Complete Guide

Introduction

If your employer, bank or a client has ever deducted income tax before paying you, you may have wondered how to prove it later. In Pakistan, that proof is the withholding tax certificate. Without it, tax already paid on your behalf can be difficult to claim when you file your income tax return.

The certificate matters to salaried individuals, freelancers, contractors, suppliers, landlords, investors and companies. It supports credit for tax that has been deducted, helps you check that your records match what the withholding agent reported, and can be important when you claim a refund. It also helps you understand the difference between the final and normal tax regimes.

This guide explains what the certificate is, which law requires it and who issues it. It also covers how to obtain it, how to check deductions on FBR IRIS, how to use it in your return, and what to do if it is missing, wrong or does not match FBR’s records.

Quick Answer

A withholding tax certificate in Pakistan is a document issued by the person or institution that deducted or collected income tax at source, such as an employer, bank or company. It records the payment, the applicable section, the period and the tax withheld, and taxpayers use it to claim credit in their income tax return.

  • It is issued by the withholding agent, not by the taxpayer.
  • It is based on Section 164 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and Rule 42 of the Income Tax Rules, 2002.
  • It shows how much tax was deducted, under which section and for which period.
  • It is used to claim adjustable tax credit and, where applicable, a refund.
  • FBR IRIS lets you view deduction data, but the formal certificate comes from the deducting party.

What Is a Withholding Tax Certificate in Pakistan?

A withholding tax certificate is written evidence that tax was collected or deducted from a payment made to you or collected from you. The person who deducts the tax is called the withholding agent. Common examples are employers, banks, telecom companies, electricity distributors and companies paying suppliers or contractors.

FBR describes withholding tax as an advance payment of tax deducted at the time of certain economic activities under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and the Sales Tax Act, 1990. The amount is treated as a final discharge for some sections and as adjustable against your final tax liability for others, according to FBR’s withholding taxes page.

In everyday language, people use several names for this document. You may see “tax deduction certificate”, “income tax certificate”, “tax deducted at source certificate” or “salary tax certificate”. The legal name is the certificate of collection or deduction of tax.

What Does a Withholding Tax Certificate Contain?

The prescribed form under Rule 42 is titled “Certificate of Collection or Deduction of Tax” and has fixed fields. A properly issued certificate typically shows:

  • the serial number, date of issue and whether it is the original or a duplicate
  • the withholding agent’s name and tax identification details
  • your name and CNIC or NTN
  • the section of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 under which tax was deducted
  • the nature of the payment and the period of deduction
  • the gross amount and the tax collected or deducted
  • the date of collection or deduction

Check these details carefully before you rely on the certificate. A wrong NTN, period or section is one of the most common reasons for mismatches later.

Which Law Requires the Certificate?

The legal basis is Section 164 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, read with Rule 42 of the Income Tax Rules, 2002. Under the current text, a withholding agent must give the affected person a certificate stating the tax collected or deducted, along with a copy of the Computerised Payment Receipt (CPR) or equivalent document. A person who files a return must attach the relevant receipts to it.

Laws and procedures change with each Finance Act. Always check the latest consolidated text on FBR’s website before relying on a specific sub-section.

Why Does a Withholding Tax Certificate Matter?

The certificate matters because it connects what a withholding agent says it deducted with what you claim in your return. It is your documentary proof of tax already paid.

  • Credit for tax paid: where the deduction is adjustable, it is set against your annual tax liability.
  • Refund support: if the tax deducted exceeds your final liability, the certificate supports your refund claim under Section 170.
  • Return accuracy: it helps you declare the right amounts, which reduces the risk of FBR notices.
  • Reconciliation: it lets you compare employer, bank and client records with FBR data.
  • Evidence in disputes: it gives you something concrete if an officer questions your return or wealth statement.

Being on the Active Taxpayer List also matters, because your status can affect the rate at which tax is deducted from you. The benefits of being a tax filer include avoiding higher deduction rates, but check the specific section for the applicable rate.

Who Issues a Withholding Tax Certificate, and Who Needs One?

The certificate is issued by whoever deducted or collected the tax. It is needed by anyone from whom tax was deducted and who wants to claim credit, a refund or proof of income.

Do Salaried Individuals Need One?

Yes. Employers deduct tax from salary under Section 149 and should provide a certificate showing salary paid and tax deducted for the year. Many salaried people also have tax deducted on mobile phones, vehicles and electricity bills, so you may hold several certificates. Our guide to the salary tax certificate explains the employer’s certificate in detail, and the salary tax calculator helps you estimate your annual liability. See also the current income tax slabs for salaried individuals.

Do Freelancers and Online Earners Need One?

If a client, bank or platform deducts tax from your income, you should obtain a certificate from that party. Whether tax is deducted, and under which section, depends on the nature and source of the payment. Freelancers should read our guides on income tax return filing for freelancers, NTN registration for freelancers and tax on social media earnings. Online sellers should also see the guide to e-commerce withholding tax.

What About Businesses, Contractors and Suppliers?

Businesses and companies that receive payments for goods, services or contracts may have tax deducted under Section 153. They need certificates from each customer that deducted tax. Businesses are also withholding agents themselves, so they must issue certificates to their own suppliers and employees. Our business tax compliance guide and the list of withholding tax compliance mistakes are useful starting points.

What About Bank Profit, Dividends, Rent and Property?

Other common sources of withholding include profit on debt (Section 151), dividends (Section 150), rent (Section 155) and property transactions (Sections 236C and 236K). The treatment differs by source, and some deductions are final. For details, see our guides on tax on bank profit, rental income tax and property tax rates.

What About Non-Residents and Overseas Pakistanis?

Payments made to non-residents are subject to withholding under Section 152, and the treatment depends on the type of payment and the person’s residency status. Overseas Pakistanis who earn income in Pakistan, such as rent or profit, may have tax deducted and will need certificates in the same way.

Residency status affects how your return is prepared. Read how to become a non-resident taxpayer, the tax rules for overseas Pakistanis and the guide to filing a return from abroad.

What Are the Types of Withholding Tax Certificates in Pakistan?

There is no separate legal form for each income type. The certificate is issued under the same rule, but its content changes with the source of the payment. In practice, certificates are grouped by who issued them and under which section tax was deducted.

  • Salary: issued by the employer, with tax deducted under Section 149. See the salary tax certificate guide.
  • Payments for goods, services and contracts: issued by the paying company or institution under Section 153.
  • Profit on debt: issued by the bank under Section 151. See tax on bank profit.
  • Dividends: issued by the company or share registrar under Section 150.
  • Rent: tax deducted under Section 155. See rental income tax.
  • Brokerage and commission: Section 233.
  • Payments to non-residents: Section 152.
  • Exports: tax collected by banks under Section 154.
  • Vehicles, electricity and telephone: Sections 234, 235 and 236, often collected through bills or registration charges.
  • Property transactions: Sections 236C and 236K. See property tax rates and the capital gains tax guide.

Whether each deduction is adjustable or final depends on the section and the latest law, so check the current withholding tax rate chart before you decide how to report it.

How Does Withholding Tax Work in Pakistan?

Withholding tax works by shifting the duty to deduct tax from the taxpayer to the payer. The payer deducts tax at the prescribed rate, deposits it with the government, reports it to FBR and gives you a certificate.

Rates vary by section, by the nature of the payment and often by your filer status. We do not list them here because they change with each Finance Act. Use the current withholding tax rate chart and the withholding tax calculator for the latest figures.

What Is the Difference Between Adjustable and Final Withholding Tax?

  • Adjustable tax is credited against your annual tax liability. If the credit is more than your liability, the excess may be refundable. If it is less, you pay the balance.
  • Final tax discharges your liability on that income. You generally cannot claim a refund of it, and you do not pay more tax on that income, subject to the specific section.

Sections such as 169 deal with how tax collected or deducted is treated. Read who can opt for the final tax regime and how to file a final tax regime return to see how this affects your return.

How Does Filer Status Affect Withholding Tax?

For many sections, the rate of deduction depends on whether the person receiving the payment appears on the Active Taxpayer List. A person who is not on the list may face a higher rate, so your status directly affects how much is deducted from you.

Learn how to check your ATL status, understand filer, late filer and non-filer status, and see how to remove inactive ATL status. The key differences between filers and non-filers and Section 114C restrictions are also worth reading.

What Are the CPR and the Section 165 Statement?

When a withholding agent deposits tax, it receives a CPR as proof of payment. See our guides on how to pay income tax online and FBR PSID payments for how payments reach FBR.

Withholding agents must also file statements of tax deducted or collected under Sections 165 and 165C. FBR notes that failing to file these statements may attract penalty proceedings under Section 182. The Federal Tax Ombudsman has previously directed FBR to act against non-compliant agents, as Dawn reported on withholding statements. Businesses can use Baco’s withholding statements filing service to keep these filings on schedule.

How to Get a Withholding Tax Certificate in Pakistan

You obtain the certificate from the party that deducted the tax. FBR’s systems help you verify the amounts, but they do not replace the agent’s certificate.

How Do You Get It From an Employer?

Ask your HR or payroll team for the salary tax certificate for the relevant tax year. Employers usually issue it after the year ends. If you leave a job mid-year, request it before you go.

How Do You Get It From a Bank, Telecom Company or Utility?

Many banks, telecom companies and utility providers provide certificates through their mobile apps, internet banking, customer portals or branches. Look for options labelled “Tax Management”, “Withholding Tax Certificate” or “Tax Certificate”. Select the account or connection, the tax type and the period, then download the document. Our guide on how to download a withholding tax certificate online covers source-by-source steps.

How Do You Get a Tax Certificate for Mobile, Internet and Electricity Bills?

Tax on telephone and mobile services (Section 236) and on electricity bills (Section 235) is collected through your monthly bill. Providers such as telecom operators, PTCL and electricity distribution companies usually let customers request an annual tax certificate. The option may be in the mobile app, customer portal, website or helpline, or at a service centre.

Menus and procedures differ from one company to another and change over time. Always use the provider’s own app or website, and do not share your CNIC, mobile number or OTP with third-party sites that offer to “generate” certificates.

Before you download:

  1. Confirm that the bill is in your name and CNIC. A certificate for a connection in someone else’s name cannot be claimed by you.
  2. Select the correct tax year or period.
  3. Check that the total on the certificate matches your bills.
  4. Compare it with your IRIS data.

If you own several connections, you may have several certificates. Add them up and claim them in the right section of your return. The salary tax calculator can help you estimate your total tax picture.

How Do You Check Deductions on FBR IRIS?

FBR states that information about tax deducted under most sections is available to taxpayers through its Maloomat portal or through the Tax Payments tab under the MIS link in your account on the FBR IRIS portal. This lets you compare the figures on your certificates with the data reported to FBR.

Note the distinction: the IRIS data is a verification tool. The certificate itself is issued by the withholding agent. If you cannot log in, see our guides on IRIS registration, IRIS login problems and recovering a forgotten IRIS password. You will need an NTN to use these services.

How Long Does It Take, and Does It Cost Anything?

Under Rule 42, if you ask for a certificate before the end of the financial year, the withholding agent should issue it for the requested period within seven days. If a certificate is lost or destroyed, you can ask for a duplicate, which is marked as such. FBR’s published material does not prescribe a fee for the certificate, so confirm with the issuing institution if you are asked to pay.

How to Use a Withholding Tax Certificate When Filing Your Income Tax Return

Use the certificate to confirm the tax deducted, then enter it in the right sections of your return. Follow these steps:

  1. Collect every certificate for the tax year from employers, banks, clients and utilities.
  2. Check each certificate for your name, CNIC or NTN, section, period and amounts.
  3. Compare the totals with the data in your IRIS account.
  4. Separate adjustable tax from final tax deductions.
  5. Enter the figures in the relevant sections of your return.
  6. Attach or retain the supporting receipts and certificates as required.
  7. File the return, pay any balance and keep a copy of everything.

New to filing? Follow our income tax return guide, check the filing deadline and learn how to avoid late filing penalties. FBR has extended return deadlines in some years under Section 214A, so always check its latest notification. For businesses, the monthly tax compliance checklist helps keep records tidy throughout the year.

Worked Illustration: How Credit Works

The numbers below are illustrative only and are not tax rates.

Suppose a salaried person’s certificate shows Rs 120,000 deducted as adjustable tax during the tax year. After preparing the return, the annual liability comes to Rs 100,000. The excess of Rs 20,000 may be claimed as a refund, subject to the conditions in the law.

If the liability had been Rs 150,000, the person would claim the Rs 120,000 as credit and pay the remaining Rs 30,000. Either way, the certificate supports the credit.

Can You Get a Tax Refund Using a Withholding Tax Certificate?

Yes, if the tax credited to you exceeds your final liability, you can claim the excess as a refund. This usually applies to adjustable taxes, not to final taxes. The refund provisions are in Section 170 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, and your return and supporting certificates form the basis of the claim.

Refund claims are checked closely. Make sure the certificates match IRIS data and that your return is accurate. If you filed with an error, learn how to correct mistakes in your return and the difference between a revised return and a rectification application.

How Do Different Taxpayers Use Withholding Tax Certificates? Practical Examples

These examples are hypothetical and meant to show the process. They are not real client cases, and the figures are not tax rates.

Example 1: A Salaried Employee

An employee works for one employer all year and also pays tax through mobile and electricity bills. After the year ends, the employee collects the employer’s salary certificate and the annual certificates for the bills. The employee then compares the totals with IRIS, enters the tax in the return and checks whether there is a balance to pay or a refund. The income tax return guide walks through the filing itself.

Example 2: A Freelancer With Several Clients

A freelancer is paid by two local companies and one platform. One company deducts tax and issues a certificate, one does not deduct, and the platform pays without deduction. The freelancer files using the single certificate, records the other receipts as income and keeps the correspondence. The freelancer return guide and the list of common freelancer tax mistakes are good companions.

Example 3: A Small Business Receiving Supplier Payments

A small business supplies goods to a larger company that deducts tax at source. The business asks for certificates each quarter, reconciles them with its sales records and claims the credit in its return. It also deducts tax from its own suppliers where required and files its statements. For businesses preparing to file, the guide to income tax filing for small businesses is a useful next read.

What Is the Difference Between a Withholding Tax Certificate and Related Documents?

Withholding Tax Certificate vs CPR

The certificate shows what was deducted from you. The CPR is the receipt showing the agent deposited tax with the government. You need both to support a claim.

Withholding Tax Certificate vs Withholding Statement

The certificate goes to you, the payee. The Section 165 statement is filed by the agent with FBR. FBR matches the two.

Withholding Tax vs Advance Tax

FBR treats withholding tax as an advance payment deducted at the time of a transaction. “Advance tax” can also mean tax you pay yourself under Section 147 in instalments. In both cases, the amount is credited against your annual liability, but a third party deducts withholding tax and you pay Section 147 advance tax directly.

Withholding Tax Certificate vs Income Tax Return

The certificate is evidence. The return is the declaration of your income, tax and credits. You use the first to prepare the second.

FBR IRIS Data vs Employer-Issued Certificate

IRIS data shows what was reported to FBR. The employer’s certificate shows what the employer says it deducted. They should match. If they do not, resolve the difference before you file.

Withholding Tax Certificate vs Tax Exemption Certificate

An exemption or lower-rate certificate is issued by the tax authority so that less tax, or none, is deducted. A withholding tax certificate records tax that was deducted. See who needs a tax exemption certificate and the exemption certificate process.

Withholding Tax Certificate vs Tax Deduction Statement

“Tax deduction statement” is used informally. It may refer to a bank or company summary of tax deducted, or to the deduction data you view in your IRIS account. It is not always the same as the formal certificate under Rule 42. If someone asks for a “tax deduction statement”, check whether they want the official certificate or a summary, and provide the certificate where proof of deduction is needed.

Withholding Tax Certificate vs PSID or Tax Challan

A PSID or challan is the payment slip used to pay tax. The CPR is the receipt that confirms payment. The withholding tax certificate tells you how much was deducted from you. Our guide on generating a PSID and paying tax online explains the payment side.

Withholding Tax Certificate vs Tax Clearance or Compliance Proof

A withholding tax certificate does not show that you have no outstanding liability. It only records deductions. A taxpayer’s overall compliance depends on filing status, returns and payments. See our overview of tax compliance in Pakistan.

What If the Certificate Is Missing, Incorrect or Does Not Match IRIS?

What If My Employer or Bank Did Not Give Me a Certificate?

Request it in writing and quote Rule 42. Keep proof of your request. Check IRIS to see whether the deduction was reported. If the agent still does not respond, a tax professional can advise on escalation.

How Do I Correct an Incorrect Certificate?

Ask the issuer to correct and reissue it. Do not edit the document yourself. Common errors are a wrong CNIC or NTN, a wrong period or an incorrect amount.

What If IRIS Shows Less Tax Than My Certificate?

Ask the withholding agent to check whether it filed its Section 165 statement and deposited the tax. FBR notes that Sections 161 and 162 impose personal liability where tax is not deducted or is deducted but not paid. Do not claim more than you can support. If you receive a notice, see the guides on responding to FBR notices and handling FBR tax notices.

Quick Troubleshooting Guide

  • Problem: Certificate not received. Likely cause: the agent has not issued it yet, or has your details wrong. Action: request it in writing and keep proof of the request.
  • Problem: Wrong CNIC or NTN. Likely cause: payroll or billing data error. Action: ask the issuer to correct the record and reissue the certificate.
  • Problem: Amount on certificate is higher than IRIS. Likely cause: the agent has not filed its statement or deposited the tax. Action: ask the agent to check and correct; do not claim an amount you cannot support.
  • Problem: Cannot access IRIS. Likely cause: forgotten password or login issue. Action: see IRIS login problems, IRIS 2.0 login and filing errors and password recovery.
  • Problem: Return already filed with the wrong figure. Action: see how to correct mistakes in your return or how to file a rectification application.
  • Problem: Notice received after filing. Action: reconcile certificates, CPRs and statements, then follow the FBR notice response guide.

What Are the Common Mistakes With Withholding Tax Certificates?

  • Filing the return without collecting all certificates.
  • Claiming final tax as if it were adjustable.
  • Using certificates from the wrong tax year.
  • Ignoring mismatches between the certificate and IRIS.
  • Not checking the section, period or CNIC on the certificate.
  • Failing to keep CPRs and supporting documents.
  • Waiting until the filing deadline to request certificates.
  • Overlooking IRIS return filing errors caused by portal issues.

What Happens If Withholding Tax Rules Are Not Followed?

For withholding agents, FBR says that failing to file statements may attract penalty proceedings under Section 182, and that personal liability can arise under Sections 161 and 162 if tax is not deducted or not deposited. FBR also notes that non-filing of statements can make a person “Inactive” for sales tax purposes.

For taxpayers, missing or mismatched certificates can delay credit, reduce a refund or lead to queries. Serious discrepancies can prompt an audit, and you may need to know how to appeal a tax assessment. A strong record of tax compliance makes these problems less likely.

What Records Should You Keep?

Keep a simple file for each tax year with:

  • all withholding tax certificates
  • related CPRs and payment receipts
  • payslips, bank statements and invoices
  • screenshots or downloads of IRIS data
  • copies of your return and any revised return
  • correspondence requesting or correcting certificates

Businesses should reconcile certificates, ledgers and statements every month. Good bookkeeping, as explained in our guide to small business accounting, makes this easier.

Withholding Tax Certificate Checklist Before You File

Use this checklist before you submit your return.

  • I have certificates from every employer, bank, client and utility that deducted tax.
  • Each certificate shows my correct name, CNIC or NTN.
  • The tax year and period are correct.
  • The section and nature of payment are shown.
  • I have separated adjustable tax from final tax.
  • I have compared the totals with my IRIS data.
  • I have kept the related CPRs and payment receipts.
  • I have checked my ATL status, using the guide to ATL status in Pakistan.
  • I have reviewed my wealth statement for consistency.
  • I know how to explain my source of income if asked.

What Are the Latest Rules and Developments?

Tax Year 2027 runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Certificates for deductions made between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026 relate to Tax Year 2026. Check the tax year printed on each certificate before you use it.

FBR is also implementing the Synchronized Withholding and Payment System (SWAPS) under Section 164A, which requires designated agents to integrate their systems with FBR. Once it is operational, it is intended to route withholding tax payments at the time of electronic transactions. Digital reporting is also expanding through IRIS 2.0 and digital invoicing.

For the latest changes, see our summary of the top tax changes in Budget 2026-27. Overseas Pakistanis should also read the guide to income tax returns for overseas Pakistanis.

When Should You Get Professional Help With Withholding Tax Certificates?

You can handle simple cases yourself, such as one salary certificate and a clear IRIS record. Professional help is worth considering in these situations:

  • You have several income sources and many certificates to reconcile.
  • IRIS shows different figures from your certificates.
  • You are claiming a refund.
  • You have received an FBR notice or a query on withholding credit.
  • You are a business that must issue certificates and file statements.
  • You are an overseas Pakistani, a freelancer or a first-time filer.

How Much Does a Tax Consultant Charge for Withholding Tax Work?

Fees vary with the number of certificates, the number of tax years, the complexity of reconciliation and whether a notice is involved. Frequently Asked Questions

What is a withholding tax certificate?

It is a document issued by the person who deducted or collected tax at source. It states the amount of tax, the section, the period and the payment on which it was deducted. You use it to claim credit in your return.

Who issues a withholding tax certificate in Pakistan?

The withholding agent issues it. This may be your employer, bank, telecom company, utility provider or a business that paid you. FBR does not issue it on the agent’s behalf.

How can I download my withholding tax certificate?

Use your employer’s payroll system or the bank, telecom or utility app or portal that deducted the tax. You can also check the deduction data on FBR IRIS to verify the figures.

Is a withholding tax certificate mandatory for filing a tax return?

Section 164 requires withholding agents to issue it and filers to attach the relevant receipts. In practice, you need it to support your credit and any refund claim. Check the latest return instructions.

Can I claim withholding tax in my income tax return?

Yes, if the tax is adjustable, you can claim it as credit against your annual liability. Final tax is treated differently. Check the section under which the tax was deducted.

What should I do if my certificate is incorrect?

Ask the issuer to correct it and issue a fresh certificate. Do not alter the document yourself. Compare it with IRIS data before you file.

How long does it take to obtain a certificate?

Under Rule 42, a certificate requested before the end of the financial year should be issued within seven days. After the year-end, the timing depends on the institution, so request it early.

Is the certificate free?

FBR’s published material does not prescribe a fee for the certificate. Many institutions provide it digitally, but confirm with yours if a charge is mentioned.

Do freelancers need withholding tax certificates?

If tax was deducted from your income, yes, you should obtain a certificate from the deducting party. If nothing was deducted, there is nothing to certify, but you still need to file correctly.

Can I get a refund using a withholding tax certificate?

Where the adjustable tax credit exceeds your final liability, you can claim the excess under Section 170. The certificate supports the claim, but FBR will verify it.

What are the types of withholding tax certificates?

There is no separate certificate for every income type. Certificates differ by source, such as salary, contracts, bank profit, dividends, rent, utilities, vehicles and property, and by the section under which tax was deducted.

Can withholding tax be refunded?

Adjustable withholding tax can be refunded if it exceeds your final liability, subject to the conditions in Section 170. Final tax is generally not refundable. Check the section that applied to your deduction.

What happens if my withholding tax certificate is missing?

Ask the withholding agent in writing for the certificate, or a duplicate, and keep proof of your request. Compare the deduction with your IRIS data. If the agent does not respond, take professional advice before you file.

How do I verify tax deductions made by my employer?

Compare the employer’s certificate with your payslips and the data in your IRIS account. If the figures differ, ask your employer to check its records and statements.

Do non-filers get withholding tax certificates?

Yes. Withholding agents must give a certificate to the person from whom tax was deducted, whatever their filer status. Non-filers may face higher deduction rates in many sections. See our guide on becoming an active filer.

Do I need a certificate to file a nil return?

If no tax was deducted and you have no income to claim, there may be nothing to certify. If tax was deducted, keep the certificate for your records. Read how to file a nil tax return for the full picture.

Can one certificate cover more than one tax year?

No. A certificate should cover a specific period within a tax year. If you have deductions across several years, you need a certificate for each year.

What should I do if I change jobs mid-year?

Request a certificate from your former employer for the period you worked there, and collect another from your new employer at year-end. Add both to your return.

Conclusion

A withholding tax certificate is the document that proves tax was deducted from your income before you received it. It comes from the withholding agent, rests on Section 164 and Rule 42, and supports your credit and refund claims when you file your return.

To use it well, collect certificates early, check each one for accuracy, compare them with FBR IRIS data and keep copies with your CPRs and return. If something is missing or does not match, resolve it before you file rather than after you receive a notice.

If you want expert help, Baco Consultants can prepare your return with your certificates. Salaried individuals can start with annual income tax filing, and businesses can use the quarterly withholding statements filing service. You can also reach the team through the Baco Consultants contact page.
